PullFit uses hand tracking so you can exercise with real resistance bands without holding controllers.
- Make sure hand tracking is available and enabled on your Meta Quest.
- Use PullFit in a clear, safe exercise space with enough room to fully perform each movement.
- Ensure your resistance band is in good condition before beginning a workout.
- Follow the in-app calibration and exercise guidance before starting your workout.
Hand Tracking
Good hand tracking is important for PullFit's exercise guidance and repetition tracking.
If your hands are not being tracked reliably, try improving the lighting in your room, keeping your hands within view of the headset cameras, and restarting hand tracking or PullFit.
Health & Safety
PullFit is intended for general fitness purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program if you have concerns about whether exercise is appropriate for you.
Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort.
Always inspect your resistance band for damage or excessive wear before use and follow the band's manufacturer's safety guidance.
